If you are sold something with a defect, or the wrong size belt with an item, and you do not notice it and return it within 7 days, they will refuse to refund or exchange. The manager told me that everything is sold as is and if the customer doesn't notice a problem within the first 7 days, then they are stuck with it. Rude, dismissive, horrible customer service. Happy to sell to you - but refuse to stand behind what they sell.; They will lose a customer before they do a return or exchange.l

Great store, great atmosphere and tons of fun clothing! Since it opened early last year i have been a regular here any time i need something new!
