Welcome to High Country Macula, Retina, and Vitreous, PC. All of our physicians, Drs. Seligson, Golubev and Hudson, are board certified Ophthalmologists and fellowship trained Vitreoretinal Surgeons. We treat only pathologic conditions of the back of the eyeball: the Macula, Retina, and Vitreous. We care about how well you see, and how well you experience the quality of your life. Most patients referred to us are experiencing severe visual problems. At HCM, we commonly evaluate and treat Retinal Tears and Detachments, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Macular Pucker or Hole, inflammatory conditions, hereditary diseases, and trauma. Our care centers are located in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Gallup. We welcome patients from all areas of New Mexico, and from Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Mexico. In addition to English, we speak Spanish, Navajo, and Russian, and we take pride in accommodating patients with disabilities. Our physicians are on call 24/7, and are on staff and perform Vitreoretinal surgeries at Kaseman Presbyterian Hospital, Lovelace Medical Center, and at PSCA, in Albuquerque.
