I'm sorry for the fellow who complained of poor after sale service. I felt I needed to offer a counterpoint. I have just the opposite experience. My wedding ring has had an issue shedding small inlaid stones. Out of state, I have sent the ring back to Andrea, my sales person at Ortega's, for repair. Each time it has been returned repaired, cleaned, and polished free of charge. No hassels and great attitude. Loss of stones possibly due to the design, but they continue to stand behind the sale. Thank you, Ortega's.

Gorgeous, well-made clothing but a bit pricey. Worth a visit

On the recommendation of the Historical Tour Guide, we shopped at Ortega's. Carol was very helpful finding my husband just what he wanted and within our price range. When we received the ring, we discovered that the sizer had removed the signature. Carol was mortified, and is having the item re-signed by the artist and refunded our sizing fee. Great vendor!!!
