They do a very good job shaping my brows and go over them until they are right. They do very good and specific threading . I also like the fact that they hold the lid/ skin around the eye down when they pull the hairs and so my skin never feels like its being stretched. And if they need others to help hold the lid or help thread they do.
I've had them done twice here and and both times they have been even with no bald areas and nice arches.
THey also do a really good job tinting my brows, which are coarse and had grey and white in them.
