Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe Noreen, the owner of Renewal. She has a very strange idea of how to treat a customer, both in terms of attitude and service delivery. She was rude and aggressive toward me. It actually makes me nervous to leave these reviews because she is so hostile, but I think it's important to stand up and say you can't treat people this way.

In addition to her disrespectful tone, she cancelled or rescheduled my first two attempted appointments at the last minute. I was told after the fact that the reason for this was covid, but that doesn't explain rescheduling one of the appts to a different time on the same day, or justify the late notice. Two texts and a phone call I made to the business were never returned (and when she did return other texts, she did so in an aggressive tone). I did initiate the reschedule on a third attempted appt myself, but I did so with plenty of notice, and politely. She never did respond to that reschedule request, so after waiting on her for 2.5 weeks I contacted Groupon and was fortunate that they were helpful in re-crediting my account. (She had marked the Groupon as redeemed after the initial consultation; I never got any of the actual treatments). Otherwise all the evidence indicates that she would have kept my money while never delivering the services: totally immoral. I suggest checking out the reviews on Yelp, where others attest that she gave them similar attitude.
