The staff are courteous and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make having car repair/maintenance done a pleasant experience. It is nice, as a woman, to talk to a mechanic who gives me credit for understanding how a car works! Rates are comparable, and they say what they'll do and do what they say.

I was on vacation and had car trouble. The worst time to try and find a shop. This shop was the most professional, friendly and expedient independent shop I have ever done business with.They repaired my vehicle in 4 hours with factory parts at a price that was well under what the local Honda shop quoted. They offered me a ride to anywhere I needed to go in town, offered to take me to lunch and gave me a nice place to hang out in the shop while I was waiting.The tech that did the work was very friendly and even gave me the old bearing. I have been singing their praises to anyone in Santa Fe that will listen! Great shop!

I've taken my 98 Honda prelude to Ron and Jose on numerous occasions. I call my car Murphy because anything that can go wrong has! They put a newer engine when my old one blew, found that the previous owner wired things so wrong that it burnt majority of my wires so they rewired the car for me. As well as replacing my right axle, my harmonic balancer, engine harness, and put in a new alternator. They have been extremely wonderful and always kept me informed on the problems that occurred and wouldn't do anything unless they got the go ahead from me. I've spent thousands of dollars on my car and so far it's been doing great. Anytime a problem occurs I call them first and ask them and they are more than helpful. I've trusted them with my car many times and will be going back for a quote on suspension :)

I brought my '98 Subaru Forrester in to Exclusive because it suddenly was running like "you know what". It took awhile, but I was not in a hurry and had told them so. The repair required significant detective work to isolate the problem and I feared a bill that would be more costly than the value of the car. The timing belt had slipped and I was only charged for 5 hours of labor, no parts (which they could have easily added). I was overjoyed. Friendly, honest service.These guys rock.
