The staff are courteous and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make having car repair/maintenance done a pleasant experience. It is nice, as a woman, to talk to a mechanic who gives me credit for understanding how a car works! Rates are comparable, and they say what they'll do and do what they say.

I was on vacation and had car trouble. The worst time to try and find a shop. This shop was the most professional, friendly and expedient independent shop I have ever done business with. They repaired my vehicle in 4 hours with factory parts at a price that was well under what the local Honda shop quoted. They offered me a ride to anywhere I needed to go in town, offered to take me to lunch and gave me a nice place to hang out in the shop while I was waiting. The tech that did the work was very friendly and even gave me the old bearing. I have been singing their praises to anyone in Santa Fe that will listen! Great shop!

Provided by YPmobileI was on vacation when I had car trouble. I was impressed with this small shop from my first phone conversation to the job completion. Friendly open an honest in their assessment and diagnosis of my Honda's problem. No pressure to fix unseen or unknown problems like most other shops I've been to. They offered me a ride to where ever I need to go in town while he work was being done. They were fast and efficient. The was treated just like all the other customers, my greatest fear was being taken advantage of since it as from out or state. No need to be concerned with these guys.
A refreshing auto repair experience.

I brought my '98 Subaru Forrester in to Exclusive because it suddenly was running like "you know what". It took awhile, but I was not in a hurry and had told them so. The repair required significant detective work to isolate the problem and I feared a bill that would be more costly than the value of the car. The timing belt had slipped and I was only charged for 5 hours of labor, no parts (which they could have easily added). I was overjoyed. Friendly, honest service. These guys rock.

Provided by YP.comWhile everyone is very nice at Exclusive Honda Acura, their work does not reflect the seemingly conscientiousness of their words. In the past year, I have spent over $2000 on my Honda. Each time, they seemed to know what was wrong. One time, they made a $2000 repair but… during the repair, my ABS sensor was set off though there was no problem with my ABS brakes. They agreed to replace the sensor and only charge me for parts not labor. A couple of days later, there was a leak where they had done the repairs. They again fixed the problem with no charge – but it was another couple hours out of my day. By the time they fixed the sensor, their software was outdated and I needed to bring back my car after the update so they could reset the light. At the time, I was trying to sell my car and asked for an oil change. They charged me for the oil change and later called to “confess” that they had actually forgotten to do it. Another hour out of my life. (Though they did give me a free oil change.) A couple of days after my car was purchased, the new owner asked me if I’d noticed the smell of gas in the car. Since I had already bought another car, I hadn’t driven it much. It turns out the oil cap was left off during the oil change. Now, the fact that I have worked hard to keep up maintenance on my vehicle is being questioned based on my vendor choice. Santa Fe Exclusive Honda Acura is not a reliable mechanic and I feel I wasted a lot of time and money there.
