Called him on a Friday and he called back within minutes and was out here doing the work within twenty minutes. Got the job done efficiently and quickly. Had a good helper too. Fred Adler, the owner had good, intelligent conversation, as well. Wish I would have listened longer. He did a great job and gave me the $40.00 discount. You can count on him.

Fred had been recommended to me by several people in a local network referral group. We had a leak in a pipe under the furnace. Fred Adler came out a few hours after my call after his work day on a Thursday. And fixed it on Monday thereafter. This was not an emergency, so waiting thru the weekend was no problem. Fred quoted me a minimum time (one hour) at a fair price. Courteous and friendly service. Highly recommended him!

Owner Fred Adler is clearly a master. His work is clean, brilliantly laid out, and perfectly finished. I called for a quote, and left a message at 4:15 p.m. Fred returned my call 10 minutes later, I described what I needed, and he met me at my house fifteen minutes later for a consult. He was upfront and honest about my options and pricing. He never gave me the runaround or pressured me into something that would be easy for him to do, like many plumbers and contractors like to do. He said he could start the work the next day at 9:30 a.m., he showed up at 9:25, which is awesome. I can't tell you how many times I've had to wait for my old plumber to show up. Fred and his assistant got straight to work, cleaned up after them selves, and reconnected everything back up. I was shocked at how quickly they were done, and how affordable it was. On their way out, Fred noticed my old busted up water heater on the side of my house, and offered to haul it out for me. He not only saved me that trip to the recycling yard but also the hassle of having to borrow a truck to do so. That's what I call above and beyond service! No doubt, Fred's my new plumber. I am from New England so I am used to qualified and technically competent tradesmen. In the 17 years I have lived in New Mexico not a single qualified technician has been sent to my house by any Santa Fe plumbing (or any other) company. Not one of them had ever heard of ANSI or ASME standards and didn't know what I was talking about when I asked them about what standards they used for their work. Also more than one company has tried to steal from me by lying about what work they did or the price of the parts.Imagine how happy I was when Santa Fe Plumbing came out and fixed the incompetent installation left by another plumber. They did the work in a workman-like manner for a reasonable price. They did it fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Just as if I was in New England!! I can't say enough good about them.

Fred always answers the phone and shows up when he says he will. He does a great job and cleans up and his prices are reasonable. Definitely hire this guy.

I had a problem with my radiant heating system. ( I already had two estimates...thousands of dollars. I think the other companies just saw it was in a rich neighborhood and decided they wanted to replace everything!) Thank you Fred, and Santa Fe Plumbing Inc for your honesty and intelligence. My heat is working perfectly for just a couple hundred dollars!!!

Came out the same day I called, and fixed both my bath drain and a leak under the kitchen sink. Great service, reasonable pricing!

In February 2012 when the gas company shut off the gas across much of the state during a terrible freeze, my mom's water lines busted under the house. I could not find a plumber for days, everyone saying they were too busy to even come give me a quote so I could send to the insurance. My mom, who is 85, was getting so stressed to the point of becoming ill. That is when I found the number for Santa Fe Plumbing. Mr. Adler, came to my rescue. He agreed to go from Santa Fe to Espanola the same day and give me a bid. I submitted it to the insurance, they approved it, and Mr. Adler and his team went to the house and did a fantastic plumbing job on a very old house! Thank you Santa Fe plumbing for coming to our rescue! You did a great job in a very timely fashion.

Came out the same day called to quote installation of water heater. Provided quote immediately. When called to do install, scheduled promptly, showed up on time with all the right equipment, parts required and performed the job correctly. Cleaned up the work area and checked the units operation before leaving. Job came in under the quoted price. Hauled off the old unit. Was very professional in attitude and work ethics. Highly recommended, did a great job.

Santa Fe Plumbing, Inc. worked on my 87-year-old father's adobe home on Canyon Road. My father had base-board heaters that were not properly installed. Santa Fe Plumbing was able to come in and repair the heaters and make them function properly. There was a day the heaters would not turn on. My sister called Santa Fe Plumbing and they showed up promptly. It turned out somebody had unplugged the wall connection. They plugged it back in, showed my sister the problem and left without charge. Now that is customer service!

Santa Fe plumbing has done work for our business, our family, and our customers. With this economy we must get the deal at the best price, with good clean work. Ask for FRED, he is the best...no question....
