I have been going to Serenity Nails for about nine months. The service is super and the gel technique is the best anywhere in Santa Fe. Everyone speaks English and is trained extremely well.

I am so glad I found this place because I think they're the best. The place is very clean and looks serene. A true nail spa. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I don't get my nails done regularly, occasionally nail polish applied/pedicure, but every time I've gone, the salon is full of chatty people who appear to be regulars (a good sign) because most are conversing like friends. A month ago, I complained about my nails chipping; they recommended I try "gel" and I'm thrilled--for first time in 2-3 years my natural nails are longish and healthy!

As to RACIST remarks by at least one reviewer below: SHAME on you; this is America--not to mention particularly-diverse Santa Fe. Stay home if you can't appreciate those different from you!

I have had manicure and pedicure done here a couple of times. Each time I have gone here the technician spoke to me in "English" and did a good job. Very satisfied!

Don't you know this is america, should learn how to speak English. Instead speak in your own. That rude. Clean the pedicure spa every customer. I got so sick by look at you guy.

It was the worse service ever, they talk a lot of non sense

I'm a very satisfied customer at serenity nail spa. The staff are friendly, services are great and the salon is clean and sanitary. I referred many friends and family and they loved it. Cleanest salon in town!!!

I have been going to this establish for some time. I have never had any issue with the service that iI have received. However, I have noticed that when I have an appointment at 6:00 or later then it becomes very noisy because they are running the floor sweeper and the dog starts barking- not a relaxing time at all. So if you go before that time you will have a lovely experience.

Serenity is under new management because apparently the old owners couldn't keep up with maintaining the place. I watched the staff finish one pedicure after another without even bothering to clean the tub before putting the next client in. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!! Technicians were also talking to each other in their language, which I thought was totally RUDE! The tech I had kept trying to push extra services on me and got really annoying. This place was nice when they first opened but now, quality, service, and sanitation has really gone down the drain....

I am a native Santa Fean, and have been to many nail spas over the years, as they have come and gone. Serenity is simply the best. A great value too - which is not always the case when you get the highest quality. Judy, the owner, is so upbeat and extremely "care" oriented. As a client, I feel like I get what I want and am treated very well. Getting a mani/pedi at Serenity is like going on a mini vacation for an hour - fun and relaxing.

Walking in, you are immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly staff and treated like family. You are taken in by the ambiance of the contemporary, relaxing, and zen-like atmosphere. Prices and quality of the work are second to none and I would recommend this nail spa over any I have ever been to.
