Horrible. The staff only spoke Spanish, which is fine, however it made communication unnecessary hard. When I finally did get my hair dyed, It started to burn. A lot. When I asked them to stop and rinse I'll come back later, they said "oh is nothing" and continued. I have chemical burns on my scalp. Never again. I would rate -4 out of 5
