Very Knowledgable about the Area!

Denise DeValle with Varela Real Estate helped us find the perfect home in a perfect location. She shared with us that her family has been in Santa Fe for many generations and told us some wonderful stories! We enjoyed working with Denise very much and the office staff was always helpful and seemed to answer the phone and return calls in a very timey manner. This company provides excellent service

We had been working to purchase a home in the Santa Fe area for weeks with little help from others. We set an appointment with Phillip. He spent the time to listen to our needs and go through all of the houses that were available and we found the home that we didnt think was out there. He guided us through inspections and closing. It seemed Phillip had the answers to any questions we had. He was always very professional! The staff at the office was also very inviting and helpful. We are very happy with our experience and our new home!! Phillip was knowledgable, efficient, and sensitive to our needs! Next time we buy or sell we are coming back to Varela Real Estate
