Not really a bad place to live just whoever runs the grounds should really invest in something's. Playground can use new equipment, speedbumps should be repaired and painted, more street lights, abandoned cars at mail box should be towed, abandoned trailers taken out or rented out, alot of drug dealers because drug users use motel 6 alot. Police patrol alot which is good.
