I have used this company for years. The guys are fantastic. They are smart, on time, and you never feel uncomfortable having them in your home. This is the company Thermador recommends as well and I don't think they would be putting their name out of they weren't good and customer oriented. Eddie and Mike are fantastic to work with and the owner really tries to make their customers happy as long as your reasonable. I for one wouldn't use anyone else.

How is this company still in business??? It blows me away that anyone would conduct business in this manner.



A part for my dishwasher was ordered at the beginning of last month which never came in. I understand that things happen, but at no point did anyone have the courtesy or professionalism to call and let me know what was going on. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get any sort of information. The woman I spoken to several times, (who I guess is the “owner”) is short and completely unhelpful. There is always a ton of background noise-It sounds like she is on her cell phone running errands.



It has now been six weeks, my dishwasher is still broken and I continue to get the run around from them. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. What a sad excuse for a business.

I had a problem with my Fischer Paykel dish washer. Called Appliance masters for repair. The repair tech was very rude and made my wife very uncomfortable. We had to wait some time for parts , but it was repaired. The next day we noticed it was falling foward, so I called them back out . The same tech arrived the next day and took the time to disasemble part of the dishwasher to get at the brackets that hold it in place. Then told my wife the screws fell out on there own and would need to charge us $75 dollars to repair. What a coincidence, after being installed for 5 years the screws fell out on their own one day after being repaired by this company. I can understand a mistake being made but to lie about it to get $75 that's just sad. Needless to say when my wife called me to inform me of what was going on I told this creep to pound sand. The funny part is he allready did %99 percent of the work all he had to do was put the screws back in. It would have taken obout 45 seconds. When I got home from work that day I repaired it myself.15 min total time.

I have been using Appliance Master for years. They provide reliable, depedable service for a reasonable price. I have found a company I can trust. Now if they would only paint my home!
