Nice to find out that the service tech we have used all these years is now running the company. Rates are a little better and the same service. Very helpful about advising what options are available. This guy is very straight with you and not trying to oversell anything. He still maintains a shop for work that needs some time spent on repairs that can be done as time allows. He is current with computer programming on machines but knows what it takes to help you out if possible. Even arranged a loan of some parts while ours came in. Very nice to work with. He knows the machinery and is also a people person.
