the worst experience ever had.....my son's 4th birthday in the park I ordered a bouncer the driver arrived 2 hours early and they kept calling and pushing to go immediately to the park ... when I arrived the driver dropped the bouncer and looked for the electricity outlet and it was far he did not have a cord or generator and he promised me peter (the owner) will come to bring a cord .... an hour later I called peter to see what time he should arrive he said he is nor responsible and I can go buy a cord ...... the park rangers when they saw the situation they provided me with a cord (thank them) ..... called at 5 pm to come pick up and the driver showed up at 7.30 pm................never rent from this company they are sooooooooooooooooo bad

I had the worst experience of my life today. I had my granddaughter seventh birthday at the park. The guy was 2 1/2 hours late no one ever called me I kept calling them and they said oh he's on his way he had a bad start in the morning. When he finally arrived he asked where the outlet was. I placed the order there was nothing mentioned about a generator costing extra. He didn't bring one and wanted to know where the outlet was at the park. It ended up that he left with the jumper. I had 15 unhappy seven-year-olds. I will never recommend this company to anybody!

There's a reason they only accept cash... We rented the toddler unit and it was filthy, covered with patched holes and under inflated. The toddlers couldn't even jump in the bouncer, instead they were just getting stuck. Total SUFFOCATION HAZARD. We had to deflate the unit during the party because it was too risky for the kids. Management offered no sympathy and simply stated that we should have called in the middle of entertaining our guests to deal with the bouncer issue. Yeah right. Even the delivery guys said there was probably a hole. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
