Provided by YP.comThe morning staff needs training in customer service. The early morning female sales rep is so unprofessional, I wanted to talk to her supervisor to complain, and she was worse. She (Katie) had this fake voice that talks down to you in a condescending way. They are always, always, always late. The product is low quality made in China.

Provided by YP.comVery poor customer service from the female sales rep and her manager. didn't help with my complaint. The valves seem to be all made in China and do not last, very low quality.
