We are in the process of our pool being build, by Galveston County Pool and Spa, NIGHTMARE Best described this, pictures speak volumes . Construction started mid January, this is our fourth pool so we get the process, all this issues that can arise but this is a nightmare. Numerous no shows, Chemicals have Not be check, had water analyzed: free chlorine 0, Available chlorine 0, calcium hardness Low 170, alkalinity high 130, phosphates HIGH 2500 should be below 100ppb.
All this during the plaster curing phase of this pool.
I would NOT recommend this pool company

I got a pool with this company everything went smoothly as promised pool was finished in 6 weeks which was amazing considering all of the rain we had during construction I would recommend this company to everyone

I spoke with "Charles" who said he was the owner. He said he would come by and look at my yard to see what he could do, its in the back so I told him I would have to let him in, plus I want to be there to discuss the pool I want him to build. He said he could come in the morning but would not give me a time. I waited on him until 3PM before calling him back..then he told me "I never said I was coming by today, I said I might come by in a few days. I told him I work (you know, in order to afford things like a $100,000.00 pool) and he replied "I am not going to give you a time when I can come by, and if you want one then I'm not the guy to put your pool in." He is right, he is definitely not the pool company I want to do business with.
