I've had an aerobic system for 15 years. I just switched to Gulf Coast and they are the first company to ever explain how my system works and go over the entire inspection process with me.

I have a service contract with another local company. I called them for 2 weeks with no response. I called Gulf Coast Aerobic Services on a sunday and they returned my call even though the office was closed and came out that day and fixed my system. GREAT customer service!

If I could give them a ZERO I would! First of all we bought a house and we were mid contract with them so we had no option but to use them. Our pump breaks, so the technician says they are taking it for repairs. Couple weeks go by and crickets. I call the office the lady can only give me the answer I don't know. This goes on for almost 2 months. I had to call every 2 days to finally get an answer. Then we get charged $600 for a brand new pump that our new septic service company would have only charged $300 for. To top it off the pump we have is meant for mainly use of a pond NOT what we have it used for. Here we are with a new company not even 6 months later the pump breaks and come to find out the asshole UNPLUGGED are alarm system to our pump so it could have been broken for lord knows how long and we never knew cause the alarm wouldn't go off. This company will screw you over, never answer you questions, and THE WORST company ever!!!

Very fast service. They came out within 1 day of calling. Lady in the office is very nice. It was also affordable.

Been with there service contract for a yr. I never noticed anything done although they said they come every three months or four months. But now my alarm has been going off for two weeks and they keep saying they are gona come check it out but they don't. IV called other places to come look and they say they can't cause I'm under contract already. Anyway all these company's are terrible to there customers everyone IV tried anyway but this is just crazy its there job there paid for and can't come look hmmm.

Sends letters out to tell potential customers that a maintenance contract is required per the Texas Resource Conservation Commission and the Brazoria County Environmental Health, however homeowners can do maintenance on their own septic systems. I confirmed this information with Gulf Coast Aerobic Services that their letter was false and with Brazoria County Environmental who said that there is currently legal action against them for this very reason.
