I ordered for delivery. I didn't feel like going out that night or driving anywhere so the service was nice.

I orderded pizzas last night at 8:05 pm. Triple Treat Box. Gave credit card info and everything. When pizzas arrived at 8:55 I was told that I owed 27.13. I explained to manager that we had given or card info and he said that if we wanted the pizzas that we would have to pay cash. I asked if I couldnt give card info over phone again and was told the pizzas were billed incorrectly (by them) and that was it if I wanted pizzas. I told them to take the pizzas back and I would order again. Manager said that was my choice but that I wouldnt like the outcome. I orderder "second order" and they were delivered at 10:14 not 9:55 as promised. When the pizzas arrived they were the same 2 hour old pizzas and cold. I tried to call them to ask and they were CLOSED. By this time it was too late to order anything else so I accepted. Please be REAL CAREFUL when ordering anything from the Santa Fe, Texas Pizza Hut because the manager doesnt care. I have always had good luck with Pizza Hut until now
