We totally wasted $l30.00 that we paid Agustin Montejano, Owner of A&A in Santa Maria, on 2/10/16. We were having problems with our remote controls and he came out and reprogrammed one of them, saying it would control all our components. After he left we discovered that it did not control the CD player. We called Agustin and his excuse was that he did not see the CD player, which was in plain sight along with the T.V., components, and DVD player! He said he would search for the perfect remote control and bring it out and program it to control all our components. Again, this was after we paid him $130.00 for NOTHING. He did not call back and my husband called him. He said he was working on finding the perfect remote and he would soon be calling to make an appointment. He obviously did not mean a thing he said. We now regret choosing a so-called audio-video specialist out of the phone book.

Beware of this guy. He should not even be in business! First he would not release my receiver to me after receiving an estimate and telling me what he was going to charge. I decided to let him fix it and when I went to pickup, he said my av receiver was ready to go. I arrived home and my receiver did not work at all. He would not look at it until another charge for looking at it. This guy is a Rip Off...BEWARE!!!
