Dropped off two suit jackets this past Wednesday. The two jackets were received by a Ms. "Sue", presumably the owner. I prepaid the $23 charge in cash, was given a receipt.
Went to pick them up two days latter (1/22/2016 - midday). After waiting five minutes within no one attending the register, I proceeded to the backrooms where Sue and coworkers were fraternizing.
When I produced my receipt, Sue stated I needed to pay----yet again. Bewildered, I asked her to verify the cash transaction via the computer log. She said there was no way to do that. There did not appear to be any cameras to verify the transaction occurred.

She continued to insist that I had not prepaid, that there was no record. Needing my suits more than the aggravation, I just repaid (in cash----she kept the receipts) yet again.

Recommendation: if you must use the over priced and inept dry cleaners: pay with credit card: at least there's a record.

Alteration done prompty and correctly. Dry cleaning done in a timely manor and on time.
