I made the mistake of ordering some furniture months ago and I am still waiting for the items to be delivered. The prices sound good but the price doesn't matter if you never get what you purchased. Best advice, go somewhere else.

Never, EVER shop here. But if you must, use a credit card, so that when your furniture still hasn't shown up after 3 months, you can dispute the charges.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst.What originally was supposed to be three or four weeks for my furniture is turning out to be 8-9 weeks, and possibly longer. Funny thing about this experience is they keep losing pieces of my furniture that they originally had at the warehouse. There is a saying in customer service "under promise and over deliver". Ashley's furniture does the opposite. They over promise and under deliver. They are crooks. Do not waste your time to drive there for lousy service and empty premises
