I've taken several of my pets here and always received good care. There was one receptionist who wasn't very friendly or helpful, but she is no longer there. Dr. Brenda is very caring and considerate. The only negative thing is that there is no weekend coverage so if your animal gets sick on Sat.., you can't have him there overnight.

I took my brand new puppy to this place and the Vet Technician was rude and rough with my 1-1/2 pound puppy. She made her bleed by taking her temperature - claiming that it's the first sign of Parvo! After the Fecial testing came back negative of any parasites - explain why my puppy had to suffer? I watched this technician put the temperature thermo. in way to far causing my puppy to bleed. Then I was judged by purchasing a puppy out of state. None of her business to begin with. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any vet. I was treated like a child, my puppy was injured, my friend that was with my at the time witnessed this all and agreed they were rude, harsh on such a small puppy. Warning take your animal there at your own risk. I am only sharing my experience so that others do not have to endure what I did with watching a perfessional be very unprofessional and treat a poor innocent animal the way my puppy was treated! Cruel and wrong.
