I called to ask them pricing to get my wedding dress steamed. My wedding is 2 weeks away giving them plenty of time. The lady was not helpful and rude! She told me to please hold got back on the phone and said "she is way too busy to steam your dress". I will never use them again. We have always used them as a 1st choice. Not anymore. I am only giving them a 1 star because they force you too! I give them a 0!!!

Their store hours suck!! Like 9-6 smh like me I get out of work at 6:30 I can't make it ... Sucks!!

My youngest daughter and I waited until the last minute to get our dresses for my oldest daughters wedding. Casa Blanca was a life saver. They were so nice and friendly. The place is super tiny but they were completely accommodating to our every need. We also needed to purchase 2 kids suits. They didn't have my 8 year old sons size so they sold me a size 10, gave me a discount, and did the alterations for free. Unbelievable!! When David's Bridal charges for every little thing, never has the size we need and it costs a ton of money for any alteration to be done. Needless to say, we will be using Casa Blanca again for any formal need. Love this place, and the employees.

I just got married couple of weeks ago and I must say CASABLANCA helped me with everything. From bridesmaid dresses to tuxedos. Having a month and a half of planning left with no bridesmaids dresses and tuxedo, Casablanca made the process really easy for me and less stress. We got the dress on time even all the alterations done. I had one bridesmaid who came a day before the wedding, because she was from out of town and they took care of her dress she got it the same day.. I am very very happy. I trully recommend Casablanca to anyone who needs dress for any occasion.

Everyone else is telling the truth, the place is dirty and SMELLS like body odor from the time you enter the front door.

I went in 5 months before I was to be a brides maid to order my dress

I waited 2 months before calling for a status update since they hadn't called me. I ended up having to call every week because the owner kept putting me off telling me she would get back to me.

FINALLY the owner called with a month and a half until the wedding date to tell me that they might not get the dress in at all. She was also SO RUDE about telling me this and said I had waited until it was too late to order the dress!

Now OVER 6 months later I am STILL waiting for my REFUND of my deposit. (After several calls and having gone by and waiting for over a half hour to be waited on).

Don't waste your time with this place!!!

I really felt like they took care of me! I am so happy I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses there! They make you feel like family there.

We had a great experience. They were able to find not only the prefect dress for the bride (plus-size) but were able to get the dresses for all the bridesmaids, and make beautiful alterations to all the dresses, some of which were quite extensive. I'd recommend them first to anyone looking for a dress for their special day

I had found the perfect dress there 2 days ago for my wedding and had paid in full. I left it there to get tailored and to get my shoes for it and when I got home, I got a call saying "sorry, we sold your dress" That to me is totally unacceptable. Especially when it is a wedding that they knew was only 2 weeks away. It was by luck I found the dress there. When I got there, I almost walked out because I couldn't see any of the dresses. They are all pilled together with poor presentation. It was a struggle just to see the dresses and when I finally found one, pay for it, and fall in love with it, they sell it!If you decide to buy a dress there (which I highly do not recommend) Take it with you when you pay for it and have it tailored somewhere else so they don't sell it. I don't blame them to much. After all, the confusion and unorganization is very noticeable as soon as you walk in.My best wishes to all of you getting married.
