We moved to Duplicated for IT services several years ago. They installed 18 new computer stations and a new server at that time. I've been very happy with their service. Anything that needs to be changed/added/updated, the wait time is almost immediate. Great group of people to work with. We've used Lexmark copiers for at least 15 years through Duplicated. Again, their service is immediate. That's so important when you're up against a deadline.

I'm so happy to remember the day Bill Brown, owner of Duplicated came in to our office and pitched how his company could benefit ours! Since then, we have been happy campers with no copier drama. They have seen us through some growth that required us to install a lot of new equipment and deal with new vendors, but they were consistently helpful through it all. I love that they work with Achievement House to deliver our tonor and that their business practices are based in common sense customer service rather than profit. I highly recommend this "local" company for all your copier / printing needs.

We have had contracted IT services with Duplicated for several years and have been happy with the quality of their service and professionalism. Duplicated always responds quickly and with patience to our needs.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! DO NOT use this company! They sold us a copier that was completely inappropriate for our application, does not perform the functions that we need and then they would not agree to any effective solution to resolve the issue. They are completely unprofessional and unethical.
