Provided by YP.comDr Karapetian failed in his attempt to install a implant after assurance that he could do it. Then after he failed and we spent $4000 we agreed with him to a refund of$2450 when we received check he only refunded $1300. We called him and he and his office were rude and obnoxious and we would only get the $1300 and nothing more. We were lied to and were treated very poorly. He is a liar and has poor business ethics. Stay away if you value your health and money.
