Worst company ever. I had a hard drive failure, call them to see if they could help. I told them everything that i had done (I have some experience in computers). They told me that they would be able to help. Called later that day to find out that they had gotten the drive to run, but it sounded like an aircraft engine (NOTE: Drive was running before I took it to them). Picked it up the next day only to find out that they had damaged the drive by beating on it with a tool. Now, even the companies that charge $2000 cant even help because of the physical damages to the actual disks inside the case. I can actually see big dents in the case. The "aircraft engine" sound was because the metal case was rubbing on the actual disks, destroying them.. They should know when they can't fix something and stop their work before damage is done. You CAN'T beat on a hard drive with a tool... NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!
