We have lived at this property for over a year and have had repeated issues with the staff as well as the housing.

We had no hot water from the moment we moved in and took three days to get it fixed and had to do laundry and shower at a friend's home. In the winter our heater went out and when we spoke to the maintenance staff about it they said "well 69 degrees is not a bad temp for a house"... shouldn't the heat work no matter WHAT the temp is??

These issues are just the tip of tie iceberg regarding maintenance.

And the staff is very very very RUDE. I even spoke to one of the 2010 survey takers and she told me that the staff had treated her VERY poorly when she tried to ask them questions. Apparently it doesn't matter who you are they will treat you the same, badly.

For "luxury" living this is anything but luxury. Pick anywhere else in town!
