I cannot even begin to describe the horrible experience at this place. When I got there- like stepping into a real life horror movie. So we checked into our room and I literally walked in and out- awful.room was tiny & dirty. Lamp shades- sideways,bed- gross, creepy doors and tiny hallways to get to it. felt so uncomfortable so back to front desk- people were rude, made me pay to upgrade. after so called upgrade we were put into a supposedly newer room. Newer- no. Bigger- yes. Better- no. Everything= old, moldy. Half the things in room didn't work-asked for at least a replacement coffee maker- never got it. You had to go downstairs to even ask for anything because the phone didn't even have a front desk button, or any others. wish I had left that night & not even stayed but it was late and we were exhausted. cried and sucked it up. couldn't do 2nd night so left ASAP that morn. mgmt- so rude. Just want money w/o any regard for quality. Worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life.

The rooms are modern and newly renovated and very clean; cleaner than most high end hotels I've stayed at. I highly recomend this hotel, especially for the price. It is single story in a linear layout so you can park right in front of your room...thats pretty nice. I've stayed here a few times for business and they always remember me and give me their discounted rate.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Took our 1 yr old dog. Great experience all way around. Good food, service and helpful employees. Nice, quiet and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again SOON. When we checked out, the desk person wanted to know how Winston liked his stay!

The Mothers Day Sunday brunch was poorly stocked in several stations and some popular offerings missing from previous visits. Definitely not as good an experience as previous occasions.

Pricey and a nice looking hotel with well stocked rooms. Not great concierge or downturn service.

Very expensive but the jewel of the town with the best amenities and accomodations.

this hotel is very nice looking. I have only been there for meeting or special events.
