We've been coming here on and off for the last 15 years or so as it was conveniently located near family. Always enjoyed the simpler aspects of this park. Unfortunately, we found out the property has been sold and it is now closed. We heard that a storage facility will be built in its place.

Great Place sort of a hidden gem. Under new nice but strict management this place is spotless and green. Small amusement area right next door. Big big spots for anysized rig. Perfect weather not cold and windy like Pismo beach but perfect cool. All major shopping close by walmart....many shops within walking distance. Come here but keep the secret to ourselves.
