Was a little disappointed in hearing that when I ordered the "Blue Horizon" which had a beautiful blue vase with white flowers and a blue accent flower shown on-line, I was sent only white flowers, clear vase with a blue ribbon. Seems if you show items on line that could be available, you should be able to at least stock the basic blue vase. Doesn't sound like it was even close to what was shown. I'm hoping the flowers will last, as they were also delivered a day early and the funeral service is three days later. My number one recommendation when ordering from this company is to call, don't do it on line. You don't get what you want. They did deliver early, but it really wasn't necessary or to my benefit.

After being frustrated by lack of same day delivery options from the big guys' sites (1800flowers.com, Proflowers.com, etc) I looked up a local florist where they were to be delivered. I was please to find one with a website that was user friendly and placed my order. I check in with them later in the day to confirm delivery, they were very friendly and even remembered the delivery & occasion. The personal touch makes a difference! Definitely a great florist!
