1 star is the lowest I am able to put...my husband and I own and reside in a condo in the Quial Meadows complex. Recently a pipe burst causing the water company to come inspect because our unit appeared to be using more than 8 times our regular usage. According to the water company, the location of the leak is outside what is considered our property. The management at Goetz wouldn't listen to reason and told us not only that we have to fix it (which means digging up the landscaping outside because it is not partnof our unit that has the leak) but apparently we need yo have a plmber come and give an estimate so that we can submit it for approval by them....all on our dime! They tried to tell us that even though the leak is not on our property, we still need to fix it! The rules and regulations for the complex state that we are responsible for what is within our walls. It also states that owners have to pay for patio repairs. There are currently about half a dozen patios being replaced. When we asked who was paying for THAT, Goetz said the association was. They skew theor interpretation of the rules to fix their desires. Ugly patios being replaced is obviously important in attracting prospective buyers to purchase one of the condos, while a severe leak underground during a drought doesn't suit theor bottom line.

When my husband told the SUPERVISOR that this is the worst property management he has ever dealt with, all she could say was "I get that a lot."
