No cellphone policy, is the sign that you might see when you first open the front door to the 18th street coffee house. For that I admire the ownership of this place although I have not seen anyone enforce the policy. Nevertheless they serve up a decent cup of a coffee from local roasters. The pastries they serve isn't something I would recommend but the service is fast and friendly. The main attraction is the patio space although it's right next to a alley it does shield away a lot of the local traffic noise on broadway. I would however recommend this place if you want enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend. You can easily spend 2 hours here but watch out for the parking maids! I'd get the bitches brew drip coffee. =)
