AMAZING place to work in!
Everything is just around the corner, even the beach itself! Go do work, then take a breather and jog out to the beach. Afterwards, walk to Urth Cafe at the corner and grab a smoothie (or coffee at Starbucks a couple of blocks down), then come back re-energized and do more work. Chic and presentable, this place will add a good look to you for meetings with clients or business dealings. With ample parking in front, the Australian manager is always around and very pleasantly accommodating.

Overall just a great place, 5 STARS!
