Yes my experience wasn't all that pleasant. It wasn't the service of the two beautiful ladies that helped me, it was the quality of cars they had to provide for the consumers of the jaguar and Range Rover owners who come expecting top quality vehicles as the ones they brought in to have serviced. I was disappointed with the dirty cars and scratches on the vehicles, dirty seats, no gas provided in either car that I recieved . In the LA areas of some parts image is everything and it's like the company didn't care. So the service to provide a nice vehicle to the consumer was poor, but the quality of service by the two ladies working for the enterprise, they should be happy they have them to ladies representing them, because I'm sure they would be a lot more unsatisfied consumers like me. Bottom line I feel if a person bring in a vehicle they owned for a year and under, put them in something newer and of the same value of what they actually drive , instead of down grading them to something , they wouldn't purchase anyway. Thank you.
