I just moved here from Georgia, I was shocked how small the stores are, went to Riverside Drive, 1 isle for jewelry making and experienced a very rude staff except the lady manager was nice. In Georgia, ALL the stores are BIG and always have everything stocked, get shipments once a week. I thought being CA, it would be the same but I was wrong, and you would think Jo-Ann's corporate office would make sure their employees took good care of their customers everywhere. I am going to try another store and see what happens, otherwise I will have to shop @ Michaels or wholesale. What a shame and dissapointment.
