In our experience (and that of the tenants who occupied the adjacent offices to us in Santa Monica) the owner, Gary, is not forthcoming with facts that will impact the costs and terms of your lease. He is often inaccurate in his description of circumstances and his version of the story is always different than the facts. In our opinion, not to be trusted.
