Does not even deserve one star rating. I have been a customer for 8 years and have spent $200-$500 each month on services. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, late morning, for a bikini wax. My cycle started at 8:30 a.m. that morning. I telephoned and left a message immediately. I did not want to gross the esthetician out. I did not receive a call back until after my appointment had been scheduled and was charged for a no show. It's sad they needed the no show fee more than the $200-$500 per month I spent for the last eight years. I will NEVER go back!

I love this place. Its small but very relaxing and the services are amazing! Love the facials and eye brow waxing. My skin feels so much cleaner and soft everytime. they use amazing high quality products and you can't beat the price. Its a little treasure..
