The furniture is great, the customer service after the purchase is LOUSY. The store personnel are very pleasant, but good luck dealing with the furniture customer service department. I was not pleased by getting accidentally double-charged for a sofa costing over $1800. Speaking with a supervisor lady "Kelly" I was told: sorry, human error. I asked if she could please be sure to inform the person on record who created the error, but not sure she did (she was distracted; she was trying not to laugh as if someone was distracting her on the other end). I was upset that they didn't even know they double-charged me until I pointed it out several days after seeing no correction on their end.
