Founded in 1899, St. Monica Catholic High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. It offers college preparatory and honors programs in various subjects, such as religion, English, mathematics, social studies and science. The school supports a range of extracurricular programs in fine and performing arts and health and physical education. In addition, St. Monica Catholic High School conducts foreign language programs in Spanish, French and Japanese. It also provides various specialized courses in computer applications, photo journalism, philosophy, psychology and multimedia designing. St. Monica Catholic High School operates several student organizations, such as the National Honor Society and drama, key and surf clubs. The school is located in Santa Monica, Calif.
