My friend told me about Stokes Tire Pros. He said they do a wonderful job, customer service is great. They are always friendly and welcoming. I gave it a try and he was right. They are everything he said they would be.

I used to live just down the street from Stokes Tire. Every morning when I took the dog for his walk the Stokes guys wound say "good morning." Isn't that nice? Between that and the fact that any time you mention the words Stokes Tire Shop everyone's knee jerk reaction is "good shop" I figured I should give them a chance. I sure wasn't disappointed. Despite the fact I went at noon on a Saturday, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No joke!

As always the service was pleasantly fast. I am very happy with my last visit as I was with the very first one. Everyone is very friendly! Keep it up!

I needed new tires for my car. I shopped around and found a couple places that had my tires for what seemed like a good price. I went here because they were close to my house and had a good price. The service was great the car was done right on time. While they were working on it they asked me to come out and take a look at something. They pointed out a couple of repairs that needed to be done. What I really liked is they showed me where my oil was leaking and why my tires needed to be aligned. No aggressive pushing to fix it just showed me the problem. I didn't have time to fix it right away but they gave me a price and I went home and shopped around to see if the price was reasonable. The price they gave me was by far the best I found. I made an appointment to get the work done and again dropped the car off at the appointed time and it was done by the time they said it would be. I am happy to say this this is a good shop and a place that I can highly recommend.

Stokes Tire Pros were very thorough in explaining what was probably wrong with my car, the gentleman informed me what he was likely going to do to my car, and, after he finished the job, he let me know what my car might need done in the future. He called me before he started working on the car just to double check that I was clear on what he was going to do, and he even saved all of my car's faulty parts so that I could take a look at them and see for myself what went wrong. I have to say, I was very impressed by the whole experience.

I arrived a little early for my appointment, but they started working on my car right away. I was able to discuss with the alignment tech about my driving style and suspension modifications in order to get my alignment specs right. All things considered, I was in and out pretty quick and the price for the four-wheel alignment was very reasonable. I'm definitely returning

Always have been treated fairly - additionally, I have always have had complete confidence with stokes tires.

Since I've had my SUV for a little over two years and put on over 45K miles driving from Simi Valley to San Diego and everywhere in between, I recently went in on a Saturday morning for a tire and brake check at Stokes Tire Pros.



I felt they were honest and efficient only selling me what I needed, which was a balance on each tire and a rotation. They told me my tires were OK just wearing kind of unevenly because I didn't keep up with the regular rotation schedule and that the brakes were OK, too. I'd go here again without hesitation.

I recently drove over a nail and had a flat tire. The AAA guy said that it could be patched, however when I took the tire to my Lexus dealer they informed me that I had to buy a new tire which was going to be costly. I took the tire instead to Stokes and spoke with Mahmud...who was amazing. He told me that the tire could in fact be patched & that he'd have it done in an hour. He also noticed that my tires were overfilled...he proceed to check all of my tires and adjust the pressure. This type of service is a welcomed departure from many auto and tire places where they run up the bill as high as possible. I may have only spent $30 to patch the tire...but they will have my business when I need to replace my tires. Thanks STOKES!!!!!
