This is one of my favorite gastropubs in LA to hang on a Saturday afternoon with friends. You can't beat a seven day a week happy hour, not to mention The Misfit's drink specials are some of the best in town. I love ordering cocktails in bars and pubs that are way too complicated to make at home. It's not like I keep a stash of bourbon soaked cherries on hand for your every-day cocktail. Seriously - the drink menu at the Misfit is top-notch. Some of my personal faves are the Basil Gimlet, the French Sailor and the Paper Plane.

The food is pretty great too - lobster sliders, prime rib sliders, bacon wrapped dates and the mountain of shoestring fries: A+! The menu changes periodically, but they always seem to have these on-hand. I have never been disappointed with the food.

The service is always fantastic and I love to sit at the bar. The bartenders put on quite a show as they work and I love studying them as they whip up the cocktails.

Had a great experience....loved the food BUT the friendly staff sold us...from Hannah who greeted us to Chris who gave our dog Buster special attention to our waitress Noelle...we cannot wait to go back....Did I mention the cookies? YUM!!!

I pretty much love everything on this menu - you really cannot go wrong. They make fries like nobody's business - lots of crispy shoestring potatoes = YUM! The fried chicken sandwich is to die for as is the burger. The brunch/ breakfast menu is awesome. Oh - and don't forget to saves little room for the delicious home made cookies you get at the end of the meal. Sweet / salty / chocolate bites of heaven.
