For the sixth time we used Gary and his crew from Laird's Butcher Shop to cater our annual summer Bar-B-Q. The reason we keep using him is because the food is GREAT. All of our guests look forward to our annual event primarily because of the outstanding array of meats Gary serves up hot off the grill. Do yourself and your guests a favor and use Laird's for your next outdoor event. Great food, Great service and very friendly.
