This place has been going downhill for awhile, but unfortunately it hit rock bottom last night. My daughter was kind enough to treat me to a pedicure-but the lady who worked on me cut the cuticle on my left middle toe so deep it bled for 10 minutes. LITERALLY. I am NOT kidding. She didn't acknowledge it right away, either - she kept putting this stinging stuff on it as though that would help. I've been nicked before, but this was outrageous. I finally told her to stop, she was hurting me. I had to look up "how to stop cuticle bleeding" on my iPhone and tell her to put a few drops of nail glue on it. She emptied half the bottle over my foot before it stopped, and she used cotton (you can imagine how attractive THAT looks.) I have a toe ring on that toe - damn thing is now permanently fused to my foot.

After that, she wanted to cut my cuticles on my OTHER foot. I had to ask her 3 times not to-and the girl working on my daughter offered to cut them. I said, "No, please don't cut anything anymore." My provider got offended and did a half-assed job on the rest of the pedicure, which was OK by me cos I just wanted to get out of there. She actually asked me if I was diabetic, or if I had ever had this happen before. I told her she was the first to really slice into me like that, which bent her out of shape further. I had to stop her from pouring alcohol on the open wound, too.

Further, my daughter's spa chair didn't work; they put no salts in the water and it was cold. She asked the gal doing her pedicure to use warmer water, and was told, "Are you sure, cos that's hot to me." WTF?

Oh, by the way - they charged full price for the butchering (even though she only painted 9 toes; I had her do them clear, so they wouldn't look so weird.) They apologized profusely but that's NOT good enough. I'm pretty tolerant but these folks are a public menace and the public should know. If you want to see the pictures, PM me and I'll share. Do NOT go to this salon unless you are prepared to be charged full price for dangerous service.
