Thieves & Liars! I thought the negative reviews were exaggerated, but these guys are crooks! I called with a few questions before renting a bike & baby cart online, and the guy quoted a price $10 per item higher than the online price. He said the online price was only for rentals made 1-2 weeks in advance and that the stipulation was in the rental agreement. I looked it up and there was no such wording in the contract. I called back again and said that I could not find any such stipulation in the rental agreement and asked him if he could let me know where the wording was listed. He then said that he was "telling me that that was how it worked" and that he was "just doing his job." So, he clearly lied to me about it being in the agreement. I called him out about trying to overcharge us with rates higher than their website listed and stated that if they charged us more in person after we had made our reservation that it would constitute fraud. He replied that if we tried to make a reservation online that he would reject it. He refused to accept our reservation, refused to give his name, refused to let me speak to a manager, and proceeded to hang up on me. What a jerk! BLATANT thievery!

Not a bargain, but everything worked out

Do not use these people. They are the worst. Never been ripped off by a retailer like I was with these guys. They are dirty.

Absolutely horrible experience. After taking my credit card information a week in advance for bike rentals Butterfly would not return calls & did not deliver bikes on the promised morning. Multiple families & our children were waiting on bikes. Second morning, after repeated phone calls, families still waiting on delivery. I was finally able to get them to answer a phone call only to be told that the type of bikes we had on order were not available. They wanted to substitute 3-speeds & could get them to us maybe by 11 AM. When I protested the service I was told "your not gonna get no d***n bikes" & was hung up on.
