Teresa Crile has NO credibility. She screwed me like these this landlord too. From Walton County public records; the landlord sued Mr. Brian Crile and Ms. Teresa Crile (formaly Teresa Eliane Farmer) for non-payment and was awarded a Conditional Judgment for $1,720 including court costs December 23, 2015. After Mr. & Ms. Crile failed to pay the conditional judgement, a final judgement was awarded to the landlord January 21, 2016 by the court. May 13, 2015 Capital One Bank also was awarded a judgement for $8,353 including court costs against her for non-payment. Don't believe a word she writes.

Do not do business with this company. We regret ever dealing with them. They are unprofessional and only see dollar signs instead of people. If you do business with them you will regret it!
