Provided by YP.comThe facility is clean, the staff friendly and professional, and the medical treatment first class. While camping at Topsail Hill Preserve, my wife developed a terrible urinary infection. In desperation, I Goggled "walk-in clinics" and found Doc Smiley's. She was seen almost immediately, diagnosed, and medication phoned into Wal-Mart, She was so much better by the next morning, The pain and urgency were gone !
