I should have known from the start. Rich did not answer the phone right away, It's not easy to find, I had to wait for 45 minutes, I even found a coupon in the mail the next day for half the price. At least my car passed but that was the only good part. Next time I find someplace new.

I think Rich is AWESOME!! I think he is very professional, and runs his shop the way ANY person running a smog shop should... HONEST!! I love his friendly attitude, and would and have refered many people to him. Thank you Rich, for doing such an awesome job testing my car!!

Rich tested my Tahoe last year, and I had no problems. Rich was professional, and performed the inspection in a timly matter. And every person that I have referred to him, has reported a job well done to me.
