I am a small concrete contractor from the Grass Valley area; I recently had a small project at Second Wind Kite Store in Bodega Bay. After calling several of the major Ready Mix companies that served the area and being treated as a nobody, I called Carl's Ready Mix, not only did I get treated as a somebody, but Carl also made several calls to me checking the progress of my setup, including a call on Sunday. On Monday we poured the project, Driver was on time, very courteous and he knew what he was doing both at the time of being at the pump and very good at tailgating the rest of the project. It is nice to see a company give such personal attention to customer service, not only would I use them again, I would highly recommend them for all concrete needs.
