I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. Completely ridiculous. They "repaired" my system and it hasn't worked since. It's been a year! Plus they keep trying to charge me for coming back to fix their mistakes! The representative in the phone could not have been more apathetic as I've expressed my concerns time and time again. They seem to keep no notes on the account so I have to reiterate everything each time I call. I cannot believe these people are still in business. I will tell every single person I know about this horrible horrible customer service!

Ouch ! I feel bad for the high stress level within the company. I've been in the office twice, both leaving me feeling dirty. I brought in the head unit for my water softener for repair, was told(by a tech at the counter) that spending $100 on a "service kit" would essentially leave me with a "new machine". But first I'd have to pay $75/hr to have it done. "Ok, no prob"- I said. It only took the tech 10 minutes so they charged me ~$15. Right on. But the tech returned with the rest of the kit full of parts. I said "do these get used too ?" He got upset and loud at me with a raised voice with rest of people in office behaving like it was a regular thing. I said "Whoa! you dont gotta get upset with me, I was just told that it all needs to be done in order for it to be like new. I dont know how to do this stuff or what's required". I then asked probably two more questions after I was then told they couldn't tell me any more, they would have to open a service call , 1 hour minimum, $75/hr, parts not included, and the rest of the disclaimer speach. Not unreasonable, but ...not too friendly at the same time. I later returned wanting to buy a second part. No prob, I paid at counter, however again, very not friendly. Customer Service is non existent is my impression. I am confident that the technicians would rather be doing nothing than explaining something to you - including while in the field. I met 3 of them. Do not look for service with a smile. They will not leave you feeling warm and fuzzy as if they are happy to have you as a customer. The women in the office reflect the same exact attitudes. Don't look for a friendly face (or even a smiling face) in that office. You are only a $ to them. Unfortunately , they are the only Culligan place in town. The first time something goes wrong with my unit, I'm tossing it.
